Refund policy

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original wrapped packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at staff@aboutface.guru and send your item to: 10 Saint Johns Medical Park, Ste 10, Saint Augustine FL 32086, United States. 

Shipping: Shipping is currently only available in the United States. To return your product, mail your product to: 105 Mariner Health Way, Suite 203, Saint Augustine FL 32086, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Allergies and Safety: Some products contain sulfur, strawberry, and aspirin ingredients. If you have specific allergies please read each individual product label carefully. We recommend a test patch to ensure there is no skin reaction. Check individual product descriptions for any allergies. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately with clean water. Products created for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation develops. If conditions persist, consult a physician. Keep out of the reach of children. 

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant consult with a Physician or health care professional before using products.
