New Client Protocols

To ensure your skincare and aesthetics journey begins with a tailored treatment plan, all new clients are required to book an initial consultation. Should any treatment be reserved online prior to a consultation, our team will reach out to adjust your booking accordingly. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete necessary intake documentation. Online booking requires a full name, mobile number, email address, and a reservation deposit.

Existing Client Scheduling

We are pleased to offer increased flexibility for our established clientele. Select services are now available for direct online booking. For all other inquiries, please view our full service menu online and contact our office directly at 904-794-0737.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to excellence includes dedicated time reserved for your care.

Appointment Reminders: We provide automated reminders 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Modifications: Should you need to modify or cancel your booking, we require 48 hours of notice via telephone.

Cancellation Fees: Our providers often reserve blocks of 90 minutes or more that cannot be filled on short notice. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window are subject to a fee ranging from $50 to $200, depending on the service and time reserved.

 Health and Wellness: We understand that unforeseen illness occurs. Should you need to cancel due to health reasons, please provide a physicians note to waive applicable fees.
