3) Neutralizing Toner
Toner is important to bring the skin pH back to normal. Can be used as a mist or sprayed on a cotton round for added exfoliation.
Directions: Cleanse skin before each use. Apply evenly over face and neck with cotton pad. Allow to dry before application of additional products.
Ingredients: Aloe Vera Gel, Cucumber Juice, Witch Hazel and Horse Chestnut Extracts, Glycerin, Glucose and Fructose and Sucrose and Urea and Dextrin and Alanine and Glutamic Acid and Hexyl Nicotinate, Biotin, Fragrant Oil, Chlorophyll, d-Panthenol (Provitamin B5), Ginseng Extract, Allantoin, Polysorbate 20, Carotene, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately with clean water. Discontinue use if irritation develops. If conditions persist, consult a physician. Keep out of the reach of children.
